ade for Tomorrow, a non-profit organisation, was founded in honour of Bunmi Abiodun Omotade; an educational champion and a pillar in the community who wholeheartedly believed that every child no matter where they are born, deserved access to high quality education. Mr Omotade dedicated his life to paying it forward and giving those in need a helping hand, especially when it came to education. In his life, Mr Omotade paid the school fees of many children and provided extra tuition for children who struggled in particular subject areas. Mr Omotade often said: “People can take away your house, your car, your job. They can even take away your family. However, they can never take away what you know. So make sure you take every opportunity to learn, because learning and education will always open doors for you.”
To continue on his legacy of giving others a helping hand, on the fifth anniversary of his passing, Mr Omotade’s daughter and son-in-law have created Tade for Tomorrow with the aim of providing educational resources, support with tuition and sponsorship to children in need. Because education is a right, and not a privilege. Together, we can equip every child for a brighter tomorrow.
